Payment Methods

Immediate payment is required at checkout. We accept PayPal, credit cards and gift cards. 

 

Shipping

Non-personalized items usually ship within 6-7 business days and personalized items take up to 2 weeks, though we will do our best to get them out quicker. All domestic orders will ship via USPS Priority Mail Shipping. During peak times, such as during holidays or promotions, processing time may be extended. Check your order confirmation email for more details.

It is extremely important that you input the shipping address correctly when checking out. We cannot be held liable for lost packages due to an incorrect address. If a package is returned to sender due to an incorrect address, an invoice will be sent for return shipping and your order will be reshipped upon payment.

Once your package is out of our hands and has been accepted by USPS, we cannot be held liable for any lost, damaged or stolen goods. Should your package arrive damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with pictures of the damaged item and packaging. Please note that this must be done in a timely manner so that a USPS claim can be started.  

   

International Orders

International orders ship via USPS First Class Mail. Typical transit time is approximately 10-14 days, but this can be longer due to customs. Buyer is responsible for any duties, taxes or import fees that may be incurred.
 
USPS is currently experiencing extreme delays on international shipping due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

 

Return Policy

Effective 6/8/2020, we will not be accepting returns or exchanges on any items. All sales are final.
If an item is returned, no refund will be given. You will be contacted and given the opportunity to have the return sent back to you, otherwise it will be discarded. 

 

Flawed or Defective Items

Should your book arrive with any major flaws or defects, contact us within 3 days of delivery with details. Please include pictures and a description of the defect. 

Printed Colors

Printed colors may vary slightly from those displayed on your screen. This can be due to several factors including different computer/tablet/phone settings or different batches coming off of the printer at different times. Printed shades of
individual colors may also vary if they were printed in different batches.
